Pattern 1, Sugar 'n Spice Bake Shop

This Bake Shop is "Sugar 'n Spice"...and Everything Nice!

There are so many sweet details on this block it will take a while to see them all! There's tiny 1/4" Ric Rac "frosting" on the roof and giant colorful candies. There's gum drops over the door, candy canes in the chimney and even a giant cupcake on the peppermint stripe pole. A little embroidered "stem" completes the cherry on top!

Part of the personality of this block are the specialty fabrics we used in the house. The little Gingerbread man Baker and the colorful "Sugar 'n Spice Bake Shop" Sign are "must haves"! You can purchase them and all the other specialty fabrics used in the quilt blocks in the "Gingerbread Village" Accessory Fabric Packet(ITEM #Gingerbread Village 107)! Melissa and Arlene designed this fabric and others in the quilt just so you can have your block look like theirs!
