Pattern 6, Assembling the Quilt

Once you've finished piecing the eight fanciful Houses and stitched the applique blocks, the Assembly pattern has all the instructions for completing the quilt.

This 6th pattern, Assembling the Quilt, includes the yardage requirements and instructions for sewing the Rosebud Sashing and the Heart Ribbon border. We do not carry fabric but if you click on the button Looking for Fabric? it will give a list of shops that carry fabric kits.

The sashing is all machine strip pieced. The blocks and sashing will go together quickly. The Heart Ribbon border is a "snap" to sew. The instructions are easy to follow and use all template free sewing. Machine pieced all the way!

Finished size of Heart and Home is 72" x 63". This is pattern 6 in a series of 6 patterns.
