Pattern 3, Doubled Dipped

What a sweet old-fashioned ice cream cart! This block is so easy to make with it's simple piecing and easy fusible applique used to create the adorable sun umbrella and the yummy ice cream cones. There's some extra embroidery details on the cones to create the "waffle" look on the cone. This block is just a sweet delight!
